Hey y'all,
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. After a lot of socializing in small groups (the biggest group was 7 people), it is going to be strange to go back to a week of just me and Max at home. I am keeping meals really simple this week and the only thing I prepped this weekend was potato salad to take to the supper club cookout. I have a lot of leftover potato salad from the cookout last night so I plan to use that up over lunches.
For breakfast this week I will be having the last two LiveGFree Everything bagels I picked up at Aldi with the Kite Hill chive cream cheese. For the other days, I will either make a smoothie or have some Cascadian Farms Berry Vanilla cereal with almond milk. Here's my week of lunches and dinners:
Monday
L: Applegate turkey hot dog. potato salad. peaches.
D: bbq chicken (chicken in the crockpot with this sauce). coleslaw. Amy's GF/DF macaroni and cheese.
Tuesday
L: hot dog and potato salad. orange.
Wednesday
D: breakfast for dinner - English muffin, sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit.
Thursday
L: hotdog and potato salad. strawberries.
D: turkey taco stuffed sweet potato from Clean Paleo Family Cookbook
Friday
L: turkey taco stuffed sweet potato
D: hamburger patty. potato salad. fruit.
Saturday
L: grilled chicken. saffron rice. carrots and hummus
D: steak, mashed potatoes, green beans
Sunday
L: grilled chicken. saffron rice. carrots and hummus
D: chicken stroganoff (I am going to try to tweak my mom's beef stroganoff recipe to be GF/DF) and a side salad.
