I decided to pause my content last week and focus on finding voices and content from the Black community to read, learn from, and support. Due to this, I actually have content for Monday-Friday of this week instead of my goal of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
For breakfast this week, I baked some mini banana muffins and popped them in my freezer to grab throughout this week if I want to mix it up from a smoothie. I also made carrot and orange juice(baby carrots, mandarin oranges, and some bottled OJ) and froze it in small containers on Friday and will use that as a base for a few smoothies.
Also, they accidentally put two large containers of spring mix in my grocery pick-up this week so I will be making a lot of salads this week to not be wasteful.

L: BBQ Chicken (I'll throw the chicken in the crockpot with this BBQ sauce) with Coleslaw
D: OUT - I'm thinking I will pick up a greek salad from a local place
