I know that working out and movement at home is not always the most consistent. I have been trying to make sure I am getting in some movement and it was a goal in May to move at least 30 mins each day. While I did not complete my goal I did workout 22 days in May. I thought I would share what I did each day as well as some of my favorite YouTube video workouts.
I am a member at the Barre3 Chapel Hill studio. Since they closed their doors in March the instructors have been hosting Zoom classes as well as posted some pre-recorded classes. My membership also allows me access to the corporate Barre3 online classes. If you want to explore Barre3 I recommend checking out the online classes here.

I signed up for the Peloton One app while waiting for my stationary bike. The app is $13 a month and includes all sorts of workouts including the cycling. I've taken yoga, stretching, cardio dance, walking, and cycling classes. I enjoy the badges you receive for completing challenges - 1st walking workout, workout with 2 friends, etc. I am @jldgetshealthy on the leaderboard if you want to be friends.

Favorite YouTube Workouts
I love trying out different workouts on Youtube. There are so many to try - yoga, HIIT, cardio dance, pilates, walking, etc. For years I followed the Tone It Up workouts and my little sister, Kate, consistently does the Blogilates monthly calendar.
