This has been my mantra over the past few weeks.It has been really helpful to carve out at least one night at home every week and do fun and simple things I love.

stressed or overwhelmed here are some of my favorite ways to de-stress:
color
paint my nails
dance party
pray
pray
craft
clean my apartment
bubble bath
put on a face mask
take a cycle class
bake a treat
watch some of my favorite shows

:) wonderful quote and great inspiration for how to de-stress! I also love cleaning my apartment when I'm feeling overwhelmed. It makes me feel like at least I'm getting something accomplished when other things feel out of my control!
