Thyme for Thursday {Whole 30 Recipes}

Hey y'all,

I'm sorry that this blog is becoming a Friday only blog! I'm trying to fight against it! Today I thought I would share some of my favorite dairy-free recipes that are my go-tos thanks to the wonderful world of Pinterest!
I completed a Whole30 back in June and I am actually going to do another round in April so I will probably be sharing my meals more frequently. The basis of a Whole30 is to eliminate all the foods that could potentially be harming you and then re-introduce them after 30 days to test your reactions. This really helped me hone in on my dairy intolerance. You eliminate things like dairy, grains, sugar, and legumes. I felt so much better after finishing mine in June and then I might have self-sabotaged by going on vacation on Day 32. Whoops! I'm hoping that this will kick start me getting healthier for the spring time since I'm going to the beach at the end of May and today marks 100 days until LC's wedding and I will be standing by her side.

I made this potato salad a lot for lunches. I would just cook up a turkey burger from Trader Joe's or a Applegate turkey hotdog and some fruit for a quick lunch.

I think I'm going to try this Salmon recipe this week in prep for the Whole30.
