As we all prepare for another busy week, I thought this quote from Kid President was appropriate. I love to encourage others and spend time just listening to others since I have often times felt unnecessary or part of the crowd but we are all unique people with different perspectives and gifts.

So I hope that you remember that you are someone and I see you. Spend this week reaching out to others and encouraging them, whether just a text, a post-it on a co-workers office door, or spending that extra 15 minutes asking someone how they truly are, and not accepting the automatic response of fine but making sure they are heard.
