Miscellany Monday {Meal Plan Monday}

Hey y'all,

I personally love looking at people's meal plans and gathering ideas and recipes to add into my rotation so I thought I would share what's on my menu for the week.

Leftover Quinoa & Brown Rice Pasta with Homemade Marinara

Blackened Chicken Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing (I will probably make a dairy free Ranch from the Whole30 book or Against All Grain)
Salmon. Spinach. Quinoa.
Turkey Burger with Sweet Potato

Ants on a Log
Unsweetened Applesauce with Cinnamon
Chips and Salsa
Rice Cakes with PB

  1. I should start writing my meal plans down! I guess I end up jotting them in a notebook somewhere, but my weeks usually consist of some crock pot meal that I make on Sundays and then eat for lunch or dinner for a week. It's redundant, but it takes zero thought after a long day of work!
