I love to make smoothies for breakfast, they are quick and super filling. I sometimes even make this smoothie for lunch on Saturdays when I come back from a cycle or step class.
Ingredients
8oz Almond Milk
About 5 Frozen Strawberries
1/2 a Banana, Frozen
1 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Optional:
Optional:
*1 tbsp Jif Powdered Peanut Butter
*1 serving of Protein Powder
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
I typically place the cocoa powder at the bottom along with the peanut butter powder and protein powder if using that time, then I layer the spinach, banana, and strawberries then pour in the almond milk.
